In 2014 we started our Saturday Itsy Bitsy ballet classes in the Oakshaw Trinity Church in Paisley since then classes have grown and developed into a unique dance school. We now run our small and unique Saturday ballet school in the Johnstone Town Hall. We try and foster a feeling of community and friendly atmosphere for the dancers that attend. Teaching the basic fundamentals of Ballet through a creative process. Young dancers will not get bored learning in these ballet sessions.
 Parents/Carers can stay in the class to participant and encourage your child along the way. Or to give your child a little more confidence you are welcome to leave your child in the safe hands of the tutor. * any child under 3yr must have an adult present in the building at all times. All children are registered before the dance session starts and your tutor will take note of any additional information/needs a child may have to make sure the child is happy. This will allow you to feel comfortable about leaving your child (while you wait just out the door). Classes allow your child to be interactive with the tutor keeping the sessions informative, creative but fun with the aim of fostering and promoting creativity, self confidence and social interaction for every child.
These classes will give young children the freedom to be creative and foster that amazing energy and imagination.
Learning basic ballet movements and steps contribute greatly to a child's learning, co-ordination, motor skills and aids the fundamental skills for other sports and activities.
Toddlers and pre- school age children attending a weekly dance class will benefit from this routine, which can serve as an important cue in a child’s learning and emotional development.
